Object Description
Title, date and medium were taken from label written in 2007 by Jennifer Casler Price, Curator for Asian and Non-Western Art at the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, Texas

Heavily potted bowl of a deep conical shape with a shallow groove below the lipped rim and everted top rim covered with a thick glossy brown/black glaze suffused with “oil spots”. Glaze stops on the exterior approximately one inch above the raised base on rim, exposing a buff colored body.
