Object Description
In this study for a WPA mural in the Post Office in Robstown, Texas, the artist has depicted three figures, two women and one man, with clasped hands; with the man in the center, they appear to be dancing; the female on the viewer’s left is the most fully detailed in the long skirted prairie style dress; the man in the center is less detailed and the female on the right even more sketchy; just left of center in the forground, a dark black nail lies on the floor.
